Facilities and Services

Member Conduct

As a member of KONTRAS, you must conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using KONTRAS facilities and services.

You must respect the rights of other members and staff of KONTRAS and not engage in any behavior that is disruptive, offensive or harmful to others.
Termination of Membership

KONTRAS reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment of fees, breach of these terms and conditions or inappropriate behavior.

In the event of termination of your membership, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees or other compensation.

KONTRAS provides its facilities and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

KONTRAS makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, suitability, reliability, availability or performance of its facilities and services.

Limitation of Liability

KONTRAS' liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to KONTRAS for the membership.

These terms and conditions apply to any saving plan made by a member of KONTRAS in KONTRAS Various Saving Fund.

By enrolling in the KONTRAS Various Saving Fund, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Saving Plan

Members can enroll in the KONTRAS Various Saving Fund by choosing from the various plans available.

Members can choose to contribute any amount of their choice on a regular basis.

All contributions must be made in cash.
Saving Management

The saving fund shall be managed by the Treasurer appointed by the Board of Directors of KONTRAS.

The Treasurer shall manage the funds in a prudent manner and invest them in accordance with the investment guidelines.

Members shall be notified of the fund's performance on an annual basis.
Withdrawal of Funds

Members can withdraw their funds at any time.

Requests for withdrawal of funds must be made in writing to KONTRAS.

The withdrawal amount shall be the total amount of the member's contributions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia

These terms and conditions apply to any member of KONTRAS participating in KONTRAS ROSCA Fund.

By participating in the KONTRAS ROSCA Fund, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Rosca Fund
-
KONTRAS ROSCA Fund is a rotating savings and credit association.

Members of KONTRAS may participate in the KONTRAS ROSCA Fund.

The KONTRAS ROSCA Fund shall be managed by a team appointed by the Board of Directors of KONTRAS.

The team shall manage the Fund in accordance with the ROSCA guidelines.
Contributions

Members of the KONTRAS ROSCA Fund shall make monthly contributions.

The monthly contribution shall be determined by the Fund Manager.

Contributions shall be made in cash via online payment
Withdrawals
-
Members of the KONTRAS ROSCA Fund may withdraw their savings in accordance with the Fund guidelines.

Requests for withdrawals must be made in writing to KONTRAS.

The Fund Manager shall determine the frequency and amount of withdrawals.
Disputes
-
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the KONTRAS Board of Directors.

The decision of the Board of Directors shall be final and binding.

Investment in the Fund

The minimum investment in the KONTRAS Investment Fund is RM1,000.

KONTRAS reserves the right to refuse any investment.

All investments must be made in cash.
Investment Management

The investment fund shall be managed by a team appointed by the Board of Directors of KONTRAS.

The investment team shall invest the funds in a prudent manner in accordance with the investment guidelines.

The investment team shall provide quarterly reports on the fund's performance.
Fees

KONTRAS may charge a management fee for managing the investment fund.

Redemption of Units

Donations

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
